Early in his adult life, Benjamin Franklin conceived a system to track his personal growth. He identified 13 core virtues and carried a physical notebook, dedicating a page to each. At the end of every day, he would place a dark mark next to any virtue he struggled with.
Virtue Ledger brings his notebook online. Each mark is drawn with SVG filters that mimic fountain-pen ink soaking into paper, and your ledger is saved through a small Cloudflare Worker, so there's no account to create.
HOW TO USE IT
Logging: Choose Practiced (blue) or Slipped (red), then click a day. Click again to darken the mark.
Correcting: Use the eraser, or click a Slipped mark with Practiced to cover it.
All-time view: The toggle at the top stacks your whole history into one grid, so you can see at a glance which virtues you keep and which you slip on.
Your data: Your ledger lives at its own private link. Keep it safe to pick up where you left off on other devices.
Click a virtue's name to edit it. Use the arrows to reorder.
Type P for Practiced or S for Slipped. (e.g., "P, S, P").
